All logos, designs, images, product titles, visuals, brand elements, and website content (unless otherwise stated) are the intellectual property of SIGILS. Any unauthorized reproduction, copying, distribution, sale, or modification of the website content, either in full or in part, for commercial or public use, is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from SIGILS.

Users are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the website, including but not limited to:

PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices on the website are in INR. As a small business, SIGILS does not currently charge GST. Full payment must be made at the time of purchase through the available payment methods.

SIGILS reserves the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or update product availability without prior notice.

ORDER CONFIRMATION & COMMUNICATION

Orders can be placed via the website (www.sigils.in) or through Instagram (@sigils.in). Communication related to orders, queries, or updates may be conducted via email or Instagram DM. By placing an order, you consent to be contacted for order-related updates.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

SIGILS offers shipping within India only.

  1. Orders below ₹999 are charged a flat ₹35 shipping fee.
  2. Orders of ₹999 and above qualify for free shipping.
  3. Orders are processed within 2–4 working days and delivered in 4–7 business days.
    Tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product is received in a damaged condition. In such cases, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof. Custom and personalized orders are not eligible for cancellation or return once confirmed.

INDEMNITY

The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SIGILS, its owners, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, or losses arising from the use of the website or any violation of the stated terms.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

SIGILS shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of:

  1. The use or inability to use the website
  2. Any product purchased from the site
  3. Delays in delivery
  4. Unauthorized access or alteration of user data
  5. Third-party interactions on or through the website

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the particular product giving rise to the claim.

DISCLAIMER OF CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES

In no event shall SIGILS or any related entities be liable for any consequential damages (including loss of profit, data, or business) arising from the use or inability to use the website, products, or services—even if such damages were foreseeable or the company was advised of the possibility of such damages.
